All of our products are custom made at the time of order. Production time will vary depending on the size of the order. If you have any questions about the production time of your order or any specific deadline requirements, please contact us at Support@MadisonBennett.shop.

We accept custom orders with artwork provided by the customer. Examples of our completed custom work can be viewed on the website. If you are interested in ordering custom work, please contact us at Support@MadisonBennett.shop to discuss your needs.

All of our products are custom made at the time of order. We strive to ship as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of production completion. Production time will vary depending on the size of the order. We use USPS as our shipping carrier. Once the order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number.

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at Support@MadisonBennett.shop to discuss.

If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will have the option to remove the item from your order or wait for it to be restocked. You will not be charged for any items not shipped.

You represent, warrant and undertake that:

The unauthorized use of trademarks (whether registered or not) or copyrighted materials (such as designs) is illegal. You represent and warrant that you do not infringe any rights of any third party with respect to any uploaded content and its use by Madison Bennett in accordance with any order you place. Therefore, you are the owner or authorized licensee of any content you upload or provide to Blackbeard’s Imaging and have full right and ability to provide such content. This further means that such content may be printed or otherwise applied to the products you order without infringing any rights of any third party, including but not limited to (i) any intellectual property or other rights of any entity or person, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret law, privacy or publicity rights; and (ii) any rights provided by law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships. You hereby represent and warrant, among other things, that you have the right to use, reproduce and distribute each trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, phrase, graphic, artwork, name, image, photograph, likeness, picture or illustration in any content you upload to the Site (including its reproduction on products you purchase on the Site).

The responsibility for complying with these Terms rests entirely with you. You are solely responsible for obtaining all appropriate licenses and authorizations from third parties, as the use of any material protected by intellectual property or other proprietary rights may infringe or violate the rights of third parties. Madison Bennett assumes no obligation or responsibility to confirm that you have complied with any of your representations, warranties and undertakings. As set forth below, you shall fully indemnify Madison Bennett for any claims brought by any third party arising from your failure to comply with your undertakings.
