No returns or refunds will be accepted for any order unless the product is damaged, misprinted or defective. Colors may vary between devices (computers, phones, etc.) and we cannot accept returns due to color differences. If your order is damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and send them to Support@MadisonBennett.shop within 24 hours of receipt/delivery.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt/delivery. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within two weeks of the estimated delivery date. We will bear the costs of any claims deemed to be our errors.
Incorrect Address - If the courier deems the address you provided to be incomplete, the shipment will be returned. Once we have confirmed the updated address with you (if applicable), you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Unclaimed - If the shipment is unclaimed and returned, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping (if applicable).
Madison Bennett does not accept returns on certain items, such as (but not limited to) masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned mask orders cannot be re-shipped and will be processed. We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse. All items, masks are non-returnable and non-size exchangeable, and all sales are final.
